An Exciting New Chapter: Torr Waterfield Joins Duncan & Toplis

We’re very pleased to share some exciting news with you – Torr Waterfield has officially joined Duncan & Toplis, one of the UK’s largest accountancy and business advisory groups.

This partnership marks an important milestone for us. After 25 years of building Torr Waterfield into the trusted firm it is today, joining Duncan & Toplis allows us to take the next step in our journey, while staying true to the values and culture that are so important to us and to our clients.

As part of this move, we’ll now begin transitioning to the Duncan & Toplis brand. However, it’s very much business as usual for our clients and team:

• Our entire team remains in place, including both founding directors, Mark Torr and Mike Waterfield.
• We will continue to operate from our existing office on Clarence Street in Leicester.
• Our clients will continue to work with the same trusted advisers they know and rely on.

What’s changing is the scale of support and opportunity we now have access to. By becoming part of the wider Duncan & Toplis group, we can offer even greater resources, broader expertise and enhanced services – Wealth Management, R&D Tax Relief, Legal and IT Services, for example – all while maintaining the personal, tailored service that our clients value.
