Refund Policy

As all payments made via this portal relate to fee requests raised for work that will have already been carried out by Torr Waterfield, no refunds are available. All complaints or issues in respect of fee requests raised should be sent by email to linda.plumb@torrwaterfield.co.uk in the first instance.

If the payment is for Fee Protection in event of a withdrawal, a full credit or refund will be made if the cancellation is made no later than the one month after the entry deadline.

Delivery Policy

Payments made via this portal relate to invoices for advice, services and products that will have already been delivered.
