Nish Bathia joins us as a Director

Nish joins the practice having been a partner at the Leicester office of BDO/PKF for over 30 years where he headed up the audit and accounting team.

He is an experienced practitioner and has a wide portfolio of corporate and personal clients in various industries including textiles, food & drink, manufacturing, distribution, and the service and professional sectors. Nish has also acted for clients in a number of regulated areas including charities, academies and FSA registered businesses. He has significant experience in ad hoc type work, including investigation work on acquisitions and computer applications. He regularly advises clients on effective commercial structures to enable them to protect wealth and is regularly involved in helping clients deliver growth strategies.
